Are you running the intercooler that comes with it?
no intercooler, I ordered without it, I had planned for a water to air then HG gave up while I had the truck listed for sale :D

Their 10lbs wastegate is more like 7-8lbs(isnt this what the supercharger runs?), would it be more efficient? yes but, temps are good, and it feels great at 7-8lbs and afr is perfect

Leave your gas off and pull your whip out so its straight. Open the cover up. Try it. Can you hear it "whizzing", like the feed is working correctly? If so, check the spool. With the reel getting lighter, check the pre load on the spool, loosen a little bit and try it again. If that's good, put a little more tension on the feed wheels. Just some things I ran in to in the past with my old Lincoln, not sure what you're using.

Like @cruzinfj1 said above. But also if the wire speed dial/attenuator is dirty, give the contacts a squirt of electronics cleaner and a blow out with compressed air. My welder will sometimes just start spitting wire as fast as it can… I always have to open it up and clean it out with compressed air. Hope you find the fix. Finicky welders can be a pain.

Thanks guys. I tried most of what you suggested already. Ended up calling the supplier yesterday and they agreed it was a fault. Replacement unit arrives tomorrow.

Dose there wastegate vent to atmosphere or is it vented internally?

I don’t really notice a difference in output. But the lp6 pros have 2 setting a flood and a spot so the flood light dose add when it comes to side output
I have the LP6 pro, only have the high beam hooked up with spot driving combo for the lens. I like the size of the LP4 on your bumper.
