Timing is just bouncing around and barely will idle anymore… wondering if I missed the distributor gear by one cog?

Does this look correct for TDC?

That looks on the money, did you jump the data port when setting timing? E1 and T1 I believe with a paper clip.

yep. starting to wonder if I have a small air leak somewhere…. very frustrating

I don’t know. One of the POs had it done. It is not really as dark as it looks in the pics and some of it is starting to peel up on the sliding windows. Seems kind of bluish and old to me. I’m going to get new tint soon.
Ok, thanks, my tint has turned purple and looks super bad. just wondering how dark I can go in Texas without LE troubles.

I know my timing is a bit late for the "weekend" but here's what I did last week! We explored Michigan's UP and got a little over confident in one spot...

That's from using ammonia based cleaners

For side windows I believe you have to let 25% of light pass through. Back is whatever.

think I found the issue (fwiw the crack was barely visible installed but almost broke completely as I was wiggling to get it detached from the throttle body)

think it varies by state… in KS I’m pretty sure its 25% tint for front driver/passenger window, but everything behind that can be whatever

I just checked TX again. It is similar to KS - 25% for front sides. Everything back of that is whatever.

If you get a letter from your doc in Texas stating that you suffer from migraines you can go darker on your tints.

I decided to make a little carpet protector mat for my rear cargo area out of some old conveyor belt I had. Since I removed my 3rd row seats, I also decided to remove the seatbelts since they aren't needed right now. It also makes the mat easier to cut out. Not the greatest cutout job, but I will probably end up making a new one eventually out of some new, unused belting.

I think maybe I'll put some hooks or something here since the bolts are already there...

New u joints in the front shaft. Went cheaper since I need to do a double cardon. And put in my Father’s Day/birthday gift. OCD tailgate panel.

Finally got around to installing the Dobinsons IMS Shocks (IMS59-60683-front / IMS59-60682 rear). So far they are great compared to the 30 year old OEM shocks, can't wait to purchase springs.

Installation was pretty straight up, too bad the box did not come with instructions but @crikeymike from Exit Off Road and @David Otero from Dobinsons were able to provide some help. Great service all around, will definitely deal with them again.
