I dodged a bullet today

Cleaning the threads from a removed broken bolt and I broke the tap.

The crossmember in the picture is coated in Krud Kutter, a rust dissolver, at the moment.

ADS injection in Aus. Have their 40% over injectors and a Gturbo red wheel to go on. Trucks been in the shop for a month waiting on parts and took roughly 12-18hrs to get the old injection pump out so finally making some progress.

The sway bar rubber bushings went in by using bolts, nuts and washers. All coated in Bacon fat.

At 300,500 miles I swapped in a new fuel pump just for the heck of it….

3 years ago I changed my coolant and ran a 60/40 mix. Now I'm living somewhere much colder so I figured time for new coolant. 50/50 this time around. I managed to get 2.75 gallons with the radiator drain and block drain.

Replaced the throttle cable, It doesn't even feel like I'm driving the same truck! I also replaced the steering wheel clamshell. Fixed a few little things, new grommets, unhooked ground ect.. but found at least 5 other things that need attention. I also added some heat shield to the harness by the EGR valve. Was there an issue with the old one or does a new one just feel better no matter what?

Worked fine for me, no issues. I used the Witt’s End bushing press tool set and it is excellent.

If you need 20 tons of pressure to remove or install the bushings, something is seriously wrong.
