This is the lever mod:



Various folk make slightly longer dog bones to spread the shoes a bit more at the top at rest. It's only 1 to 2 mm bigger but makes a lot of difference. I ordered the Terrain Tamer ones and they're high quality

Superior Engineering sell direct but they have minimum order complications and their shipping was bizarrely expensive, so I bought the same parts from these guys:

Great coverage! I ended up having to use extended plastic nuts for the steps after I added sound deadening + thermal foam. + boom mat

I can see I'm probably going to do the same. They are barely hanging on

4 (13mm) bolts a seat. It took maybe 5 min a seat to pull them it's very easy.

Until the bolt spins because the welded nut came loose

Between the delta rear panhard bracket and the 3L arms, the 80 drives great now.

Installed carpeted plywood that slots into two holders riveted into the drawers, so i can sleep in the back and not get woke up by the other campers at the overland expo next week. This system worked well at the Overland Expo in Flagstaff this weekend, great sound proofing. The drunk neighbors in the $200,000 rig only woke me up once at 12:30am, I should have opened up their propaine bottle after they went to sleep, so they wouldn't have a fire pit on Saturday!!! I must be getting old and weak

Went down to Vegas and did some dirt roads with my buddy in his Ram 3500 on king suspension. Looks like it was not a good idea trying to keep up with him on the bumpy desert trails. oops.

Somehow after parking at the Pioneer Saloon for a drink my starter decided to keep the gear engaged after startup. Just replaced the starter with a reman. That was fun in the parking garage of The Strat.. lol

No spacers at all. Took them off for good!

SCS Ray10 wheels in 17x9 -38 machined hub 1/8th inch, 35x12.50 Toyo MT’s

@COYS was a big help with the set up.
