If Im not careful with good throttle, I can spin the tires on pavement when starting out in a turn and my rig is 7k.
Try that with a 3.25 pulley... never mind normally aspirated!

It would be super cool to see a 80 series doing a real burnout. :bounce::bounce:

I dont think I could spin my tire in low range and water, yes Im also PT. :(

The secret to that burnout would be one or two tires with some weight transfer in the mix.. but it does do it!

Justin at redline took me out all day on dirt then UP and he had PT he was sliding zinging round corners etc. I dont like when front end is disengaged(pulling DS) it feels terrible.

Did a fun little post-4th Sierras trip. Visited a handful of lakes and creeks. Found a cool campspot too! 80 did it all with ease, obviously lol.

Just got back from Idaho and Oregon there is a lot to see. Ready to go back

Checked the timing on my truck today. I did the distributor o-ring when I bought it and just put it back where it was but never checked it. It was at factory spec (3* jumped). I advanced it to about 8*. We'll see how that does. Worst case I'll put it back.

Did an oil change.. T6 5w40 and a Toyota filter.

My body guy glued the tabs back on my right rear flare that I broke off wheeling a few weeks ago. I need to take the inner panel off and try to remount that. I did find a rust spot behind it that I need to clean up and seal first.

I need a few good rain storms to drive in.. The underside is still pretty scroungy from the mud I got into (I didn't want to, just part of the trail that had flooded out). Mud sucks.

Yes and the scenery is great like Moab or Colorado Alpines but different. Lots of water and streams some fast and crazy others quiet wondering. Im sure there is hard trails but I did not find any nor was I looking. BDR is a good start if available in that state. Idaho BDR Idaho Backcountry Discovery Route (IDBDR) Map & Information its done by moto groups but mostly 2 track.

Landtank arms and new bushings, air filter and fuel filter..
