Which trail is that? I'm about 40 min from Staunton...love the chopped 80!

That is Potts Mountain Jeep Trail. A lot of fun with plenty of opportunity to try your lockers, if so inclined. . If you care about your rockers, though, I would recommend sliders.

The trail is about 5 miles north of New Castle, VA and closes from January-march

Did mud break? Anyone else seeing this on the 80s tech?

Not quite this last weekend but fairly recently....

Decided to install stuff from our favorite OCD vendor on the forum:

Then, since I'm maybe a little OCD, i decided for the 'redneck' rear mount....which actually turned out pretty good.

Now both my halon bottles are well stowed and ready for that event we all hope will never happen !

Then, this evening, in celebration of all this work and the great products Joey gives us, I decided to indulge...

Was on that trail quite sometime ago - looks different with all the snow. Looks like you guys had a blast. Pretty decent camping at the top iirc.

Yup. Great camping at the top and a free campground about 2 miles from the start of the trail.

Dunno what "quite some time ago is" but from what others tell me it has evolved quite a bit over the last few years. My first trip out was about two years ago. It's definitely the best Virginia has to offer in terms of "challenging" public wheeling options.

I hope you have a cargo barrier fitted

Found a new feature I didn’t know about. At 365k all the dash lights shut off :(

So does this mean that wits end will now be offering a full LED dash kit available in white, green or blue? With an option to add white guages too?:bounce::bounce2:

If so, sign me up! I'm at my wits end with my burnt out weak ass lights.;)

No man.
He's got this down to a science. For example he can stop a fuel leak with 3 fire extinguishers.
The dashboard light will be fixed by knuckle grease.

How exactly are you going to stop a fuel leak with three fire extinguishers?
Now you got my full attention.
Not to mention every time he drives for more than 60 miles he seems to report some catastrophic failure . @NLXTACY i’ll help PM your baby...

He wanted so much to avoid going through Modesto, he took the toughest route to Tahoe and now he's got a long list of things to fix when he gets home.

Just go through Modesto. You know you want to.

That is good to know. I'll be looking for that to occur. Neat feature. I am sure it will happen as I pass a policeman with his radar turned on.
