Do people actually steal bumpers where you live??!!

I don’t want to find out. There has been an influx of 80’s in my area lately, and I have noticed a couple sans bumpers.

Thanks for the tips @ppc

Went exploring around Cossack, well worth a look if your going past that remote area.

Also had to keep an eye on a fire just out of Roebourne

@RFB
Are you referring to a faulty charcoal canister as the root cause of the fire?

Yea it was a crazy story, all stemming from ( i believe) faulty fume charcoal type tank? does that sound right, then fuel tank, jerries and finally co2 went up scary stuff I carry 2 fire extinguishers and am hyper vigilant on wores and rubbing etc.

Sweet singlespeed!
It's been a while too, since mine has seen a real trail. Effin' back injury:mad:.
I'm using this as inspiration!
Maybe this will help with your recovery and further inspiration.

I hope you get back on the bike soon. For me it is necessary stress relief.

Thanks, man. That pic is truly inspirational!
I still putt around town on my beater bike, but looking forward to attacking the hills again one day on my 17lb. titanium & carbon-fiber wonder.

Over the last couple of weekends I've refreshed my coolant system including radiator, water pump, blue fan clutch, 2 brake calipers, brake booster, installed stainless steel extended lines to the brakes, and - drumroll - a new in box TRD / Magnuson supercharger :).

I happened to have a radiator leak and fan issue while discovering the available supercharger and deemed it a sign from above. I am really, really happy with it all. The truck no longer lurches when braking hard, and drives with gusto. The difference was not night and day in terms of power, but over the last week and a half I've had it running, it has transformed my sluggish daily driver into a noticeably less sluggish daily driver, which for these rigs is amazing. Basically the driving dynamics feel augmented, yet predictable and tame.

I've longed for and researched a swap or other routes, but this TRD bolt on part works for multiple reasons, not least that I live in New York City and cannot put my truck on a lift and wrench or weld at will. Will try to include some photos.

Cool beans, where did you score the supercharger and how many bones?

Curious, is that brake booster OEM or aftermarket ? If aftermarket, brand and part # if you have it pls.

Thanks !

Soooo clean...if you have time it's time to paint that valve cover red or silver. Nice.

A buddy of mine sent this to me today. Apparently the Pathfinder guy likes my Land Cruiser...

And apparently Pathfinder people have low standards if he thinks my 93 is “clean”...

Picked up a new steering column clamshell from the dealership today. This makes #10...

The previous one made it two weeks.

I could’ve bought a Slee Shortbus if it wasn’t for these damn things!
