Some camping

Is that you LC in the middle picture (the one with the trailer)? If so, what kind of snorkel is that on your truck?

Nice find Kyle! A bit more softer ride! Lol. I like that 8274 up front!

Nice to see you up and about!

Thanks man! Still dont think its as soft as my 60! Those springs were like riding in a caddy how i drive, it was borderline between the springs being broken in or broken...haha

Aint no 60 but it will work

Congrat's Kyle! Know what's missing from this pic?

The exhaust system lashed to the roof rack!

Either that or half my dash removed and melted on the trail! :flipoff2:
Its a weird change from a 60, ill say that much. Wont be too long before it gets a color change front and rear...im thinking metallic electric teal for this one

Got to feature the cruiser in some recent photo work i shot for PrAna and Reef Girls. :)

Fixed my heater cable so the heater valve closes properly and moved my outside temp sensor probe so it isn't affected by engine heat as much when sitting at stoplights. Also painted my exhaust pipes by the RF tire black again, hopefully this high heat paint lasts longer than the last one I used.

I drove about 1100 miles from Atlanta to Vermont for the Vermont Overland Rally. Cool group of rigs there. The group I met up with included Pinzgauer, Unimog, G500, Defender 90 (new and old versions), Disco, Taco, and FJ Cruiser. It was a good weekend and I achieved my goal of not breaking my sh*t since I am headed to NH for the Yankee Toys Fall Gathering this weekend.

I got to give the 93 a proper washboard run with the new 2" Tough Dog lift. New springs and 41mm Foam Cell shocks. Drove a Level B road to a customer's house today. I've driven this road 7-8 times before and always drove the 3 miles at about 20-25 MPH with my teeth rattling. This time I cruised along at 40. Very stable feeling ride. Never felt like I was losing contact with the road like before.

Very impressed. Going to order the same kit but stock height for my 92.

Night and day difference over the brand new OEM Tokico mono tube shocks.

Sorry no pics... But, I got married this weekend, and I drove my wife and I from the ceremony to the reception in the Cruiser. I was just stoked I didn't need to stop for gas on the way. ;)

Finally got my donor front 3rd member in and the P/S reassembled. Need to assemble the D/S and install the front driveshaft and then I can drive it!!

This is the trashed 3rd... Hard to see but the pinion gear is close to toothless. Easier to see are the teeth on the ring gear. I think maybe I'll use this one as practice to better familiarize myself with the internals.

These wheels will stay on until I can decide on tires to buy for the stock wheels. Tread's good so they'll be good until Spring.

Camped in the back while hunting. The Hunting was good, the killing was poor lol. I didn't get pictures because I was hunting...like actually hunting...not sitting around drinking beer in the woods to get away from the wife like some of you are guilty of lol. From dark until dark and didn't have a chance to take pictures. I will be gone hunting again next weekend hopefully with success.

Congratulations or condolences; whichever may apply.

Does anyone know the part number or size of the spring clip for the axle shaft end? I've tried to locate the stock part number in hopes that I can find details as far as size go, but no real luck.

part number?...I would say ask BENO, but dont, he will get mad if ya do...he doesnt like to get drug thru these threads...lol ;) ;)

Noted! I found a listing for them on ebay... $10 for 2 shipped. Might ask my Toyota tech friend if he can get them quicker. I should try to find the ones I removed, I should have 3...
