You like! I got it from this sweet dude from a sweet club in the sweet state of OR while on my sweet trip to Yellwstone :D
Did you like Yellowstone? Better than Yosemite NP or Sequoia NF? Going to travel to Cali for my first time to go to a NP or NF & want to go to the best. We really liked Yellowstone but there were zero off road trails. Are there any in Yosemite or Sequoia?

I've been to Yosemite and Sequoia probably 50 times in my life so there isn't really much that is new but I love the place enough to go back as often as I can. Sequoia has a couple of off-road trails you can take but none are really all that challenging but still fun and still a hell of a fantastic view. Do I like Yellowstone better? OOOOOOOOH yeah. Between Yellowstone and the Tetons and Glacier, there is more to see than you can do in any number of visits. I did notice your avatar is take in Yellowstone on that road heading to Mammoth Hot Springs. Its the Basalt cliff. A favorite spot especially when its raining.

Just don't call it "Cali" and all your dreams will come true!!!

My fabricator did a great job on the rear bumper, roof rack and sliders but he just rattle canned it and after a month there was a lot of rust starting to show up. I took it up to my paint guy and he sanded everything down and put a good coat of paint on.

If you go to Yosemite, make sure to drive 200 miles west once you're done and check out Big Sur. Politics aside...these two places are truly God's country and 2 of many reasons I love California!

That is one sharp looking truck!

Good eye on my avatar pic!!! Yellowstone was awesome. It was ~3,000 mile round trip for us. Had pretty much 4 days of driving (round trip) & camped for 5 days. Made some lifetime memories w/my family, which that's 100% what it was all about!!!

Ha! I have quite a few other names for it but figured that was the nicest.

I'd like to do that. I heard it's pretty amazing. I'll refrain from my political opinions............this time. Thanks!

My Rear red/white hatch lighting works too good so I needed to mod my mod.

I found a small touch dimmer (plus a lot of other functions I dont need) that remembered its setting when the power is off. This was important because I did not want to need to turn on the dimmer every time I open the hatch to get light. In the end I now have a selectable red/white light, dimming capabilities, with memory.

Forgot to say. We took the long way home down thru The Tetons, Jackson Hole, etc. I think I like Tetons even better than Yellowstone! Jackson was the coolest town we've ever been to. Super bad ass but super expensive!

IIRC there is a small microphone behind the alarm LED panel in the dash.. this is wired to the glass break sensor and frankly is a pretty valuable addition to an alarm. My older VW was broken into three separate times where they knew it had the factory alarm and just broke a rear window and crawled in. With no door getting opened and no motion sensor the alarm never went off.

I would SO not live someplace where car break-ins are a "thing".

This was over about a 10-year period, two different cities, two of the break-ins were in pretty nice areas. Lesson learned is don't have a nice (or even a cheap one that LOOKS aftermarket) head unit in a car without motion/glass-break sensors.
