Gotta replace everything AROUND that brick of a 3FE. But it's still the same great truck right? :P

23 years and replacing wear items. I can't complain.

Haven't had to replace anything on the motor. I got the leaks to prove it.

I'm guessing the motor mounts would've been easier to replace when pulling the motor. I think I just bought a used 3FE for $100. Will rebuild it at my leisure and drop in if I ever get around to it...

Really? I didn't think it was that difficult to reinstall them. Hmmm.

Hard to paint a word picture, but the aft portion has a gasket that is on top of the card, but is permanently attached to the small quarter window. The forward part of the card is extremely fragile, and warps by breathing hard on it, which fouls the window run. The felt is made out of wet tissue paper with an overcooked spaghetti metal tab system. All of this pile of sh*t needs to be tight and exactly fitted or it binds on the window. Did I mention that you have to simultaneously twist the top of the card and bend the lip to have a snowball's chance in h*ll of fitting it?

Yeah, I just slammed the thing back together. Windows work just fine.

Replaced my broken antenna mast. The cable was broken so it ended up being a harder job then expected, that bottom bolt on the motor bracket is the devil.

Works great now though.

Grab a bfh and hammer out the hood! Haha

Installed new rear locker actuator and BajaRack full rack, still haven't figured out how or remove front locker actuator to reinstall though.....

Finally got around to shaping four badges for the rear hatch. It will only say LAND CRUISER in a wide font. I believe grizzlygibbs, stylo07 and I think one other member requested one. Tomorrow night I laser!

Awesome! Appreciate ya!

Changed oil for the first time as new owner, (that oil filter location sucks) checked all the fluids, installed LED headlights, did the Zip Tie mod to both mirrors.

I am going a different direction with the badge, I'm going to anodize it black and then laser Land cruiser so the letters are aluminum silver. This is more like our badges, but it should be slick.
