Drove it for the first time in 11 months after getting the motor swap finished :D
 
snapped an egine mount and sent the radiator fan into the shroud breaking 2 fins off.. now my 12ht idles like one of those old muscle cars with a shaker
 
replaced the high pressure hose for power steering and reinstalled tensioner and belt. had to make a custom hose since its nla for a bj60. was driving it manual steering a few months but figured it was time to deal with it.
 
Completed much needed front axle rebuild with markincrawler kit including wheel bearings. Mean while installed new breaker rotors.removed the tie rod to replace all 4 tie rod ends. However did not have no gj time to do so.

replaced a door handle that has been broken for a while and fixed the speaker. so I now have 2 speakers in the truck
 
Rotated tires, re-torqued U-bolts, and sopped up a few inches of water out of my rear quarter panel...

Next weekend... new front seats.

Put 3 degree castor wedges in, drives perfectly now :)
 
Serviced it
Greased all the greasable shackles
And then degreaser the engine bay

nice truck, I have a BJ 60 1985 diesel. Same Colour. Going to paint it Army Green. Slave cylinder problem at them moment, clutch pedal going right to the floor. I dont drive mine in the winter, the salt would eat it away. Summer use only.
 
Cleaned the beast inside. Im almost ready to put ky rear carpet back in since its not too miserable cold. I also found rust so im just going to beat the heck out of this body until I swap it with a new one plans are to put a slight body lift on It too. I might go with a 62 front end next...

Is your 12ht 12 volt? Didn't know they came with single batteries.....
 
Soundproofing doors for speakers. Ran new wire for speakers and stereo.
