The rear heater "no-go" turned out to be the switch alright. Thanks @ToyotaMatt for the part.
The heater works great now and with the new leather e-brake boot that finishes the center console install.

Next on the list is to hoist onto the roof my cut-down Wilderness rack with added wind faring. After the OME lift it looked like the rack was too high to make it into the garage, but in retrospect it may have worked...dunno.

Merry Christmas all.

Hell yeah that looks awesome!

Lucky to have my daughter home for Christmas. She covets my truck, so it was easy to get her to help install the cut-down Wilderness roof rack. Maybe I'd be inclined to give it to her early if she'd just move out of NYC.

Id love it if my daughter got my 60. But probably go to my son and that's fine to. I believe I've shown them what it's for.

Some Freshy up-in parts going out

one of my last NOS FJ60 2F units going to the right home with the lastest lock down bolt w/ SEMS earthquake washer built in

Wow! Not just what you are doing, but that you don't have stacks of stuff in the corners of your shop.
Thanks, I can’t take a lot of credit, it’s the shop that I part time at. This is going to be a great build. I’ll do a build thread once it’s a rolling chassis.
