Looks perfectly usable to me.
I am a big fan of carnuba, but thats after its already had its yearly ceramic coating. At least thats what I always did on the planes i used to detail in college. Also what wheels you pull those from on your 60? Nice combo of new but still old(ish).Used some clay bar and compound to remove some of the paint oxidation. Turned out pretty good, but it took a few days to get the use of my arm back. I think I'll invest in a DA polisher for next time. If there is a next time. I still need to wax it.
Has anyone used Meguair's Hybrid Ceramic Wax on a 60 series? I have some of that and caranuba wax. Was planning on using the caranuba, but wondered if people like the hybrid ceramic, too.
I took a couple of pictures to show the difference. The back end is done in this one.

the original poster may confirm, but those appear to be early 2000's 4Runner and/or T100 wheels; I've been looking for a clean set for my '01 Tacoma as well...I am a big fan of carnuba, but thats after its already had its yearly ceramic coating. It's only hump day but I got the clips from partsouq to mount my snake blinder that I traded @CenTXFJ60 some parts for. Thanks a million again Jimmy. It's funny, I ordered the clips and a spal fan last Friday. The clips arrived from Dubai the same day a fan from Ohio. Both fedex. Go figure...

Thanks for the info on using the carnuaba wax after the ceramic coat. I wish I could tell you, for sure, where the wheels came from. I just purchased the 60 series a few weeks ago and I've been trying to find out the same thing.I am a big fan of carnuba, but thats after its already had its yearly ceramic coating. That is a minty fresh washer jar!Put on the first self drawn decals to refurbished jar and bag. "Washer" decal is from Cruiser Corps.

Replaced the rusty old battery tray with stainless, upgraded the lights and wiring harness, repaired the headlight washer tank, replaced the windshield squirted pump, and generally just started with little projects on the new 60.
