Frame is back from the blaster. Moved some crap around to get the 60 body on the rack. Axles are broke down. Ordered a few things.

Took the new EROD LS3 out of the crate and started pulling other parts from the pile.

Laid under the truck in 34ish degree weather to finally get back to the suspension lift kit from Jason, @TRAIL TAILOR. Rear passenger was sorta in but I pulled it apart to file the built up rust out of the shackle mount. Bushings go much better in when those passageways are less lumpy and more smooth. Passenger is in now and rear driver is close. Last to do is front driver. What a beast chore to do alone, in a driveway in New England early winter temps. Next time I won’t be so proud and arrogant when I’m offered access to a garage and extra hands to assist.
Pathetically grateful to a friends boyfriend who hooked me up w/ the cardboard from a snowblower box he got before Christmas. Make sliding around on my back much easier and slightly warmer. Driveway is too lumpy for a creeper.

That's too real to be funny. It's like Christmas when I can find a piece of cardboard in a pinch when it's snowy/icy or even raining like h*ll just to stay dry for the duration, or most of it!

Glad the Tough Dog is treating you well.

Recently test drove a few 60 series with a friend and most had OME, although Im sure quite worn setups, the ride was night and day.
Another friend rode in my cruiser last week and was thuroughly impressed with the road manners. His 13' FJ cruiser has a Icon stage 4 kit.
Apples to oranges but for what ever its worth, the ride is great with the Tough Dog suspension.

I’m so in need of new suspension!
Every time I hit a slight dip i feel the bump stops hit the frame!

To be fair, not all in one weekend, but over the holiday break.
1. got the middle and front section of my DNP carpet kit installed. Came out flawless. I ordered extra channels that sit under the carpet from Sigfrid and doubled them up by the door jambs and trimmed them as you near the front. That way the carpet lays flat as it nears the jamb. Like it even better than the OEM setup.
2. got my wing kit cut to fit the back. Loving the new drawer system. Loaded up and ready for a hunt.

Nice drawer setup. Where did you source?

was asked about the extra Channels for the carpet install...they are from a parted out truck and i trimmed the sides off that hook over the metal door edge and then trimmed the bottoms

They dont make one specifically for the 60. You have to order one with the universal wing kit and cut to size. Also, the width is just right at the point where I had to take a mallet and whack my wheel wells a bit to knock them down just a hair at the bottom a few inches back to get it to fit, but I like the tight fit.

guy's name is David if you want to reach out to him directly. $1398 was the online shipped price and he gave me 10% off that.

Tired of lumps on my head and dogs getting scared jumping into the back of my rig.
New strut day....way easier than expected. Liftsupportsdepot.com model PM2008 cost me $40.25 delivered and they came in 2 days via FedEx.

Next up....rain gutter and A pillar strip and seal. Have some 3M body sealant inbound from Amazon
