Blew out my lines......put in fresh gas. God I love :steer: it

not quite finished, but here's the first one

Freakin' Sweet! Love those. I know what I am doing with my extra set of doors now!

:grinpimp: Thanks

Drivers front is going to be a bitch. The donor door has a 2"x4" hole where the bottom hinge mounts. Gonna try to patch it up. Either way, I'm picking up another set of doors this week.

Wife thinks I'm crazy :meh:

gonna eventually do the rears as well. just worried about the dogs falling/jumping out at inopurtune times

Yes I got to pull that trick off myself. I'm going to use alittle more mig, and leave the rivet gun in the tool box. They still look really good!

I went with rivits because each piece is total trial and error. Plus I was afraid of warping stuff. That's alot of linear footage when you look at it.

I'm going to use some grey indoor/outdoor as an inner panel and wrap over the "arm rest"

little bit on cleaning on the blue piggie and pounded out a dent. took it for a spin down to the local bar for dinner but the bar was closed:frown:

Tried to extract the t case fromunda the rig. Got stuck on that darn big nut at the back of the transmission output shaft. Can't seem to get the shaft to lock/bind enough to turn the nut off.

What I do is leave the front drive shaft on, put the truck in 4WD, lock the hubs, block the wheels and have at it.

If the tranny/transfer are out of the truck then pull the tranny top cover and engage reverse AND a forward gear. That locks up the tranny and then you can remove the nut.

If all else fails, get the SST to hold the drive shaft flanges.

Cruiser_guy and Gumby, I thank you. I will get it today.....

I don't think I'll ever try to install a rear main w/o dropping the pan. Decided to go that route first time out- get a look at the bottom end and ensure that the pan shouldn't leak either- soooooo easy, bit frustrating w/ the 4 piece gasket- I'll go one piece next time-but I got it and don't have any leaks THERE(side cover now) Rear main just slips right onto the crank. All finesse....
