instead of it going approx. 90 deg over the rocker cover you'll be going 90 deg forward then another 90 deg down to get onto the intercooler run... make a flange that fits the bolt pattern then weld 90 deg tube to it

Sounds like you're looking for one of these little guys. I opted to just cut my intake in half and run piping over the valve cover, then 180 degree bend back towards the other side of the engine bay. at some point i would like to get one of the intake adapters below to clean things up.

My kzj73 had a small but annoying rear main seal leak since the day that I bought it 2 years ago . Ordered a new seal and called the guys at Terrain Tamer US to upgrade the stock clutch to a HD clutch ! While in it I dropped a set of 4:1 gears in the t-case also 😉

An over-due clutch replacement. A seized pilot bearing got it underway. more issues uncovered. A worn transfer input shaft caused by the input gear. Cruiser Outfitters was able to supply a new custom input gear that is one piece. It replaces the input gear, the spacer and PTO drive gear as one solid part. Way better spline contact.

That sounds like fun!!! How many miles on it?

That spring clamp on the turbo water hose looks usable.

Never. We clean the floors twice a day....
Did you coat over new concrete? I want to do the floors in the new to me shop . I've never been able to get those coatings to stick on oil soaked concrete . A peeled up floor bothers me more than the stains haha..

Correct. It was painted after the floor was poured 6 years ago. So far, in most areas of the shop, it's held up well. Underneath the lifts, it's starting to chip a bit and with the pretty constant use under the lift, it's starting to show it's age a bit.

are there good 2lt parts?....
