Interested to see how this works out long term because I'd like to do the same. Every example I've driven, including our own, has this hood shake.

We use a 3M expanding foam designed to go in gaps and stop shaking/rattles. You can buy at automotive paint shops.

Nothing major just finally decided to redo the door cards as they were cracking apart, and covered in the previous owners paint (hopefuly). I got some gray vegan leather with adhesive. The only issue i had was the fact that it was a bit hard to cut and the 78 little holes that were there for the vents. Managed to 3D print some little inserts that make it look nicer, wanted them to also be in gray but i ran out so black it is, they are covered by the seats anyway.

I think it turned out nice, but still waiting for more clips.

Front transfer box output propshaft. Don’t think the copper ring is OEM,
Removed the ring and huge slop….kaput!

Fuel tank just sand blasted, and a coat of epoxy primer….

Replaced all of the 39 year old body mounts on my BJ74 with new OEM bushings and hardware. Not sure this is going to bring modern NVH numbers, but it can't hurt.

Don’t have any in stock so no. They make two types though, one type expands to much and may damage your hood. That’s not the type you want to use.

It’s super messy too!

How long has this been a thing in the back of the glove box?

Removed the hood liner and applied Sikaflex seam sealer between the supports and the hood. 18 new clips to put the liner back on (90467-09014).

Worked on front and back. Tire carrier on the swing arm and try to fit the winch. The winch relay box designed to sit right in the middle. I really don't like blocking the air flow so I'll build a bracket to sit over the motor (passenger side).

Also I'm searching for a rim for my spare to match the other 4 rims mounted on the rig. If anyone has a clue where I can get one. Cheers!!!
