Wow they were barely working. One thing leads to another. It gets dishartning sometimes.

yep, can't wait to get my valve cover and intake back from my buddies engine shop from cleaning.

with great compression numbers and all new seals parts and clean injectors she's going to run like a top, can't wait!!!

oem for the small hose (3MM ??) the rest I bought silicone from ebay.
3.5mm no?
NLXTACY in for the win, yes it is 3.5MM hose. If anyone is planning on replacing all of those hoses on top, and underneath the intake manifold. Then plan on buying in bulk, because your going to need about 20 feet of hose to replace all those lines.

Ok so I'm about to take a bite out of this crap sandwich (figuring out how to replace all of these bits and pieces) and I'm wondering if there are more than two 90 degree vac lines? The $18 ones that are a slightly larger diameter. I have the 3.5mm vacuum lines from Wit's End so I think I'm covered for the little hoses. Just not 100% on how much of the larger diameter stuff I'm gonna need. It looked to me like there was one coming off the EGR valve and one other one attached to the intake manifold. Is that it?

When i replaced all the hoses on my EGR (1994 LC) i used 3.5MM hose, it slid onto the nipples nice and snug.

Interesting. I just ordered what I think are the OEM part numbers for ALL of those hoses. Some are cut to fit and some are pre-formed. I guess we'll see if I got the right stuff.

I had to replace a couple of hoses (Evap/PCV) to pass SMOG in California. I failed my first test because the hoses were cracked. I went to Autozone to find some hoses that fit the right diameters. The fitting is exact and seems to work well. Are the hoses from Autozone or any other auto part store a good route to go to fixing this issue or do I need the specific OEM hoses?

You'll be fine with regular vacuum hose as long as it fits snugly.
