Not the easiest thing to photograph in its entirety, but the roof gasket is now available! I am providing a couple of close-up photos so that you can see in detail that the pattern matches OEM part # 63168-90307 ...I swear I am not photographing an OEM gasket! You can see additional pics and descriptions by clicking on my sig.

Don't know if it has already been suggested but how about reproducing the early '63-'67 defrost hoses that come out of both sides of the heater and run behind the dash? Racer65, thanks for taking this stuff on! You are doing quite a service for all of us fellow cruiser owners.
I know I asked you about 55 parts before, but one thing that is really needed is a good piece of rubber for the fixed window in the rear doors.
Would you consider?
I have my originals I would lend to you for design...
The Pig community would be grateful...
Are you talking about the same hose as in post #53 or something different?
Can you post a pic and / or part #?I was referring to the hoses that connect the windshield defroster to the heater box. The elbows dry up and crack.
It's technically feasible. However, I will confess ignorance about Pigs or the demand for Pig products. If you can find 20 buddies who need it, I suppose it can be considered as a group buy. Without doing the math, I think you will find that the cost will likely exceed OEM price if it were still available.
I have no idea what that piece cost OEM when it was available, or when it ceased to become available. I think it safe to say that everyone would accept that the price will be more than OEM.
I am referring to 6 & 7 in this piece here:
looks like all years had this part:
WEATHERSTRIP, REAR DOOR QUARTER WINDOW, RH
68188-90351 RH. 1 $28.07
68189-90351 LH. 1 $28.07
Can you point to a link where this photo can be found? I just want to check up some info such as part #, model years applicable, etc. Thanks.
