I think James should put that up in the back of Biscuit and drive it tonight. I mean, he did mount his spare tire at Rices house that afternoon, right?

Him hoisting a 40" spare had us scared something was going to pop. Might have been a vein or could have been a pants button, but it wasn't going to be pretty.

This is gonna sound silly - but that 40" tire has nothing on this damn winch.

I had to lift my 8274-50 with full length of steel rope, and my 3/16" plate bumper, several times by myself. Not anything I ever want to, or maybe even could do, by myself again. My back aches just remembering it.

Good news is I found a shop that does driveshafts in Garner, which is pretty close to me.

Bad news is the driveshafts won't be ready until late next week.

So truck won't be ready for CRR.

Will update with how good of a job they do once I get the driveshafts.

Hate you won't be able to take your truck Del, but glad you found a shop. I didn't want to sound discouraging, but I wasn't optimistic you'd find a driveshaft shop that would turn it around in a day or two. Seems like that only happens on TV shows :bang:

Around here they tell you a week and it takes 3
