Thanks for the advice! I will be arriving on Friday night, hopefully around 8 or 9 maybe. Coming from around Riverside, and LA traffic on a Friday is no joke. Really excited to finally be at an event full of Cruiser heads.. See y'all in 6 days..
Tide will be rolling out but still on the high side. You may need to wait a little if you don't have a wide enough path but just pay attention. Are you also bringing a Cruiser?

get up to the 210, then 5 north to 126 west to Ventura, then 101 NOrth, or stay on 5 and go over...
101 thru the valley will be brutal at 4, 101 in camarillo at 5 is a parking lot.
Thanks guys.. yes will be bringing my 74 40 I have been working on for the past year or so.. so excited to get out and meet some people and do some wheeling... I still have no real experience doing more than fire roads, so I am super stoked.. I was thinking about the 210 or heading up the 15 to 395 and over, but from looking at it, it looks like I will have to backtrack a little when i get to Bakersfield. N e ways Ill definitely be checking up on the traffic conditions on Friday..
Well then you will have no problem getting the house out to camp. Make sure it has recovery points on the front and back.

We just got 6" of snow at home. I'm mostly packed and heading out tomorrow night to make the 1700 miles down to Pismo. Be travelling with 2 more rigs from Calgary. An 81 bj42 88 hj61 and my hj47. Aiming to be in Pismo for Friday lunch!

Pulling out tomorrow morning. We will be set up right behind main camp. Looking forward to seeing our extended Toyota family and yes were bringing the 45 
It looks like I'm out. My FIL passed away unexpectedly last week. 
Related stuff going on here on Saturday. I could come down today and rush back at zero-dark-still-drunk-thirty on Saturday am, but I think I'm going to take it easy instead. FML.
Have a drink or four for me. It will be the first time I missed it since I got my first cruiser in '06.

I'm also out the 4runner is not even running at this point and the LC is not in shape for this trip,@Fast Eddy sorry for your lost man i guess there is always next year if i were you PM @The Machinist and have your stuff picked up i did PM him last night to get my stash from Seth. I still want to just take a day trip maybe Saturday if the 4runner gets back on the road. @sethzilla please PM me your paypal so i can send payment for my stash and i ask @The Machinist to get it for me.

Sorry Eddy, that's too bad. I'm out too. Wife is out of town and my one year old isn't quite ready for a trip like this without Mommy. Next year.
