Hello everyone. I am sharing information on the inaugural Cruiser Fiesta event we are putting together in San Felipe, MX. This event is a partnership between my companies Mangai Rollin & Hidden West and the Baja Cruisers club. Cruiser Fiesta is being built to be a smaller, community-focused trails event for Land Cruiser enthusiasts on both sides of the border. A byproduct will be creating a tour component (we already run multiple tours in Baja each year) that accommodates folks who are nervous about exploring the Baja peninsula on their own and would appreciate joining a convoy for their first experience. The event is split into three components so that folks can select what works best for their available free time and budget. Details on schedule and costs are on the website - www.CruiserFiesta.com.
It is important to note that we are purposefully growing this event slowly and limiting attendance to better manage trail runs, basecamp etc. The main event has a 30 truck limit, and the pre and post events have 8 truck limits. If you are seriously considering joining in, it's smart to buy your tickets early. Each year, we intend to slowly grow attendance as we have more volunteer trail leaders and tail gunners who know the trails.
Relevant brands are welcome to participate, but this is NOT a sales show. Rather than setting up booths, we'd prefer brands show up with their Land Cruisers and join in on the trail runs with their tribe. Their will be a Sat night raffle during the Fiesta. Proceeds from the raffle will be donated to a local charity.
I am happy to answer questions here or via DM. I don't monitor forums these days, so if you need to get ahold of me quickly, a DM via FB Messenger or an email is best approach - Matthew.Mangus [at] Mangai-Rollin.com.
