Well I figured out why the 60 ran so bad! Plug #1 was barely in..... One good bump and it could have fallen out! Running some more carb cleaner as well!

Finally getting the front axle rebuild done. That is if the rain holds off lone enough to do something!

Just got thru reading this thread. From start to now. Man i have come a long way.

Got my baby back. Got to swap out a bad window regulator, install bucket seat in the cargo area, install seatbelts and possibly install hitch. How hard is it to install hitch? Got to do all this before Logan's run.

Still got to bolt it to the floor but worked out very well.

Think i am gonna put new plugs in the cruiser before Logan's run. Any suggestions?

Go get them from toyota, cheapest around, any other plug will just foul up in a month.

That's a long as way for plugs. I figured maybe ngk's

NGK or Denso. Not sure about a 2F but those are both factory options on my 3.4 v6. Advance and the like sells them, same thing the dealer has, not sure of price difference but no need to try and coordinate to make it to a dealership.

I was speaking of the NGK's, cause that's what they supply, and they were cheaper from toyota than advanced when I bought them last year from Sam. I wanna say they were like 1.73 a piece and advanced was over 2.50.

You need to get to know people at the parts stores. It comes in handy to get the corporate discount. Also, it would cost me way more than $3 in gas/time to get to a dealership, plus waiting, etc etc.

The guys at Sam Stewart have always shipped small stuff like that to me for free.... I like giving business to the guys that support us, I forget the last time I saw Napa or Adavanced at one of our outtings
