I have seen them referenced in more than one thread but I have failed to find a link or information on how to get one. My understanding is that instead of a 1:1 gear it is 1:1.1 for a 10% reduction in final drive, and they have referenced that it is an OEM gear that was in the 100 series in Japan. I'm going to add 33's and wanted to pursue this as option since the 33's will give me an 8% increase. Any info or links would be appreciated
Thanks in advance.

I believe the OP is looking for a method to use the t-case to re-gear his 4H ratio. And I'm not aware of any. Not a bad idea, as it would save re-gearing both ends when going with larger tires.

Going from 4.30 to 4.88 was an improvement, but I'd be up for another 10% reduction if such an animal existed.

As far as a going to a lower crawling gear, 1st in 4Lo is plenty low for my 100. But I'm more of a highly capable expo guy than a crawler.

There is such a product for the 100. But it's not OE and about $1500 plus labor. Still interested?

Thank you @hoser that is what I was looking for. A little pricier then I thought they would be but with my LX470 only having 86k on the clock I don't see the need to rebuild the diffs. I will play with Google translate and see how much I can get off that link.
Thank you again.

There are two versions. Make sure you get the Full-time version (HF2A t-case)

This kit is appealing too. But not 100% sure it is for the full-time t-case though.
HI 1:1.1
LO 1:3.317 (33% lower than stock)

This is what I got off of the website about the high and super low gear set:

AT / MT for the car to down a full-time car model HF1A LC100 separate input shaft and the bearing for the LC80 required by each one and the C pin

And this one for the 10% high range and 5% low range reduction. According to the description for that price it comes with the 80 series input and everything needed to convert it.

AT / MT for the car to down a full-time car model HF2A LC100 separate input shaft and the bearing for the LC80 required by each one and the C pin

These are also on sale right now, $1200 U.S. I sent them an email asking about noise, group buy options etc.

I do not know of anybody running these. My biggest concern would be added gear whine in HI range. I can't read Japanese but it sounds like the 3-gear-set lowers, LO range by 5% and HI range by 10%. I think the install also requires an 80 series input shaft.

I know cruiseroutfitters sells these now but wondering if anyone has installed the 10% underdrive gears in a 100

YWST: Low Range T-Case Gear Sets for the 1980-2007 Cruisers

Per Kurt the early Cruisers with 4.3 gears and the 4 speed would drive as if it had 4.72 ratio and the 2003+ 5 speed and 4.10 gears would yield a 4.56 ratio

We've sent out a handful to 100 owners, some 100 cases do require a replacement input shaft and some minor parts along with that. All stuff we have. I'll see if I can get one of them to post their thoughts :D

I really like the concept of this, especially for my son's 2000 TLC (4spd with ~33" tires), although I do wish it was little closer to 1.06, and as long as you're in there you may as well do the 3.1:1 reduction for low range...

Looking forward to feedback from current user(s).

My 80 buddy reports slight gear whine in High Range. (Gears were professionally installed)

I am a hands-on DIY 100 owner. I've only allowed other hands to wrench on my 100 a couple times (all my vehicles, actually), and only then because it was a time-crunch thing. I looked all over the web, can't find anyone that has posted a write-up of this for 80s or 100s. Is this the sort of thing that a knowledgeable hobbyist mechanic with the right tools can do? I'm talking about installing the gears in the case, not pulling it (that's the easy part for me).

This is what i'm going to do instead of an axle regear. At half the cost its a no brainer.

Look like Marks 4wd do a few different sets with 8% underdrive for the older 40/60/70 models:
