Jebus man, those rims and tires are nice, now you really have to paint the bumpers gun metal grey...:smokin:

Heck, the four plus rusted just about out of the wrapper, to bad they forgot to sand blast prior to powder coating..:slap:

Every time I hit the power wash, big flaps of black powdercoat blow off! It's an internet colour thing, they look
kind of bronze or something to me. I don't even see the grey. But they are sweet. It's like being 16 again,
the nicest thing on the truck is the rims and the stereo. Now all I got to do is get a stereo.

I thought the nicest thing was a 12ht..

This Troopy is in the hotel parking lot here in Calgary, it has Alberta plates. It's a beast! Rear PTO winch hidden behind an aftermarket fuel tank.
Twin pivot swing out with cool bracket to support the tire. The tube work is pretty intricate, purpose built. Still stalking the owner for better info.

A Troopy Finds Its Owner

Truck was originally built by Seapatato's favorite Cruiser builder ;)

Thanks Deny, I recognized the truck after you forwarded the link. I have since connected with the owner. That is an amazing story behind the
whole build. What ever has occurred, the finished product sitting here in the parking lot is quite a creation. IMO it's really overbuilt in some
areas, but certainly will survive any pending apocalypse! J

I think those are bushwacker flares. I've got a set that look like that.

BTW - If you all are looking for a set of flares for the front of your 70 series. I put a set of rear
FJ40 bushwacker flares up against the front of my BJ74 fenders. The pattern is very similar, so if
looking for a quick and dirty front flare you can try it our for yourself.
If I get a minute today I'll grab a pic and post it up.
