Mcgeorge is no more. They were bought by oursman. They’re still decent from what I can tell. Not sure about parts prices

Second. It's my go to for parts state side, not sure I'll use Decatur again even with a sale after how unprofessional and messy it was dealing with them last time.
They've been okay for me. If you need parts fast during the sale you won't get them. But for stuff I'll probably need in the future, like filters, wipers, other wearable stuff, they're good.
Just don't expect anything to arrive in less than 3 weeks.

Yeah my grille and stuff wasn't fast for sure. Cross your fingers they send the right stuff the first time, they sent a plastic oil filter housing instead of the metal one I ordered and the whole exchange process was unpleasant *but* I did get the right part in the end

I can recommend McGeorge in Richmond

Have you guys used them since Ourisman bought them out last year?

Edit: Missed the other replies, but yeah, McGeorge is no more.

I haven't ordered anything online since the switch. Many of us down here have purchased in person with no issues

I haven’t ordered anything since, but have cross referenced PNs since they still have the nice UI vs the email form Ourisman of Fairfax uses. Hope they don’t get rid of that at least

I use them all the time for my shop. Same people, they stock the same stuff, a lot that may surprise you. If not most parts came be in next day. A few rare parts may take a few days if coming from the West coast. Good people.

I had used Mcgeorge for most of my orders in the past. Used them for one order post Ourisman deal.
Never any problems. They just don't have the lowest prices when I compare now.
Has anyone processed a return with them recently?

I have purchased many things from !Mcgeorge and now over the years. Living in Richmond I get stuff fast. Not necessarily the cheapest.

On another note check out Cruising4parts. It’s an earth engine that searches all Toyota parts suppliers around the world. You get prices including shipping and can compare right there in a few minutes.

Probably fine, but did not want to be behind it hitting uneven pavement at high speed. This is on a downhill.

I see it everyday in the auto body industry as well, vehicles are way more complex than they were 15-20 years ago but the pay and the labor hours have not changed at all. Insurance companies control the industry and the service writers and techs suffer. Insurance co. and customers don't want to pay what it actually costs to fix these cars soooo short cuts are taken. There are not many new techs coming into these industries and the old heads don't have much time left before they are done. Its gonna be a huge problem with in the next 10 years

It’s industries all over that are suffering because of the same thing. Corporate greed!
