They've been okay for me. If you need parts fast during the sale you won't get them. But for stuff I'll probably need in the future, like filters, wipers, other wearable stuff, they're good.Second. It's my go to for parts state side, not sure I'll use Decatur again even with a sale after how unprofessional and messy it was dealing with them last time.
Yeah my grille and stuff wasn't fast for sure. Cross your fingers they send the right stuff the first time, they sent a plastic oil filter housing instead of the metal one I ordered and the whole exchange process was unpleasant *but* I did get the right part in the endThey've been okay for me. Just don't expect anything to arrive in less than 3 weeks.

I can recommend McGeorge in Richmond
I haven’t ordered anything since, but have cross referenced PNs since they still have the nice UI vs the email form Ourisman of Fairfax uses. Hope they don’t get rid of that at leastHave you guys used them since Ourisman bought them out last year?
Edit: Missed the other replies, but yeah, McGeorge is no more.

It’s industries all over that are suffering because of the same thing. Corporate greed!I see it everyday in the auto body industry as well, vehicles are way more complex than they were 15-20 years ago but the pay and the labor hours have not changed at all. Insurance companies control the industry and the service writers and techs suffer. Insurance co. and customers don't want to pay what it actually costs to fix these cars soooo short cuts are taken. There are not many new techs coming into these industries and the old heads don't have much time left before they are done. Its gonna be a huge problem with in the next 10 years
