The "I still don't have a name for it" build thread

Well there's the KFC/JiffyLube connections to play with....

1-hyd ram 9-7257-6
2-sae 6 to 1/4 npt 90* swivel fitting 9-6901-6-4
2-36 in 1 wire hose with 1/4 npt male ends 916-1436
2-1/4 npt 90* swivel 9-1501-4-4, but I think I need one straight swivel for the box.
Had I thought about it a little more, I would have probably ordered bulk hose and fittings cuz I still have to get a cooler for the steering and trans.
Yep, Hawaii is cool until you have to pay to ship everything out here. I will be on Kauai for the summer with my cruiser, which is why I am doing the longs, locker, and hydro right now.
There are a couple of legal spots to wheel on Oahu and a bunch on Kauai. Kauai has some of the best trails in Hawaii and the Big Island has the best rocks, insane volcanic rock gardens.
The rear tires are like a half inch from the back corner of the wheel well, but the rear hasn't been clearanced and I haven't flexed the rear out completely yet since I put the tires on.

Mahalo brotha!
Rig looks bad ass SOA'd. Then again, they all do.:grinpimp:

Maaaaan I miss Oahu....I noticed China Man's hat in one of the pic:cheers:

I got a few things done this weekend, rebuilt the tranfer case, installed front locker, longs, new marlin seals, and ARP knuckle studs. I also mounted new 38x12.5.16.5 SX's on my wheels after two of my tires blew out the sidewalls from a wheeling trip. Now I have to add another H1 wheel to the list of things to do.
I didn't get any pics of the stuff done this weekend, too busy to take pics.
Today I started making a mounting bracket for my trans cooler and power steering cooler.
One question I do have is, will I be able to weld on an upper gusset to the knuckles without damaging the inner seals?

I still have to rebuild my power steering gear box and tap it for hydro assist and set up the hydro assist. Make some protection for the front diff, and last I still have to do my turbo set up and exhaust. I just scored some tubing for charges pipes for free from a friend, so its looking like I might be able to do a turbo for less then $200.
