Back at it 🤔. So it was tight before. And now I had to add a 1/2 spacer so the fan clears the alt Just barely does 🙄. But now I need to find that lost 1/2 of space and make it 3/4 🤦🏻‍♂️

I do have a extra Rad support and I think I can cut out a notch on the bottom of it so it can come forward another 3/4 of a inch. 🤔. Most likely will have to relocate the trans cooler. But I can get one of those little coolers that have there own fan and mount it somewhere 🤷‍♂️

I had similar issues with my v8 swap. I ended up slipping the radiator INTO the radiator support and then putting in spacers to move it closer to the bezel. It was a little bit of a trick to make it all fit but it should net you the .5” you’re looking for.

I was able to put the radiator flange inside the radiator support and push the radiator forward. 👍 this has given me the room I needed . I will need to relocate the trans cooler but that is ok .

So I had a very minor leak from my trans pan 🤦🏻‍♂️ It’s brand new . So I pulled it and noticed it has the ribs going up 🤔. Poor design 🙄. So I got some sealant and a new gasket. If this don’t work I will just undercoat everything with FlexSeal 🙄. Sick of doing things 2 -3-4 times on this thing . Would not hurt my feelings at all if it went to Craigslist this week 🤨. But I think this will be good this time

I figured I better get busy since the clock never stops 🥺. So I finished up the twin stick 👍. Then sprayed the trans cover 👍. And had some left so I sprayed the inside of the tool box . I got the tool box lid powder coated so it should look good . I did silver to match the seat frames

This weeks project . Power up my lockers 🙄. I am not 100percent sure where I am going to mount this yet 🤔. I am thinking behind the drivers seat 🤷‍♂️Or on the pass side wheel well 🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️ Kinda short on room in the engine bay . Then the next issue is where to mount the switches so I can reach them . Redline makes a cool set up but pricey. I believe profitts has something similar. Will check tomorrow. Or I get a tuffy box. ( getting one regardless. And mount them in that 🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️

I keep watching the Oregon craigslist hoping to score when you blow your fuse. I call dibs on this one! It would save me hundreds of hours I don't have making my '77 into a nearly replica of this build! I'd go modern GM engine and atlas, but other than that, she's basically perfect 😍

I think you'll have good success with the shroud. Fab looks great.
