I've been out of town for a while but got back in Monday night. Man, that whippin' Ohio State put on Oregon was a shocker! I am not an Ohio State fan... not even close, but they played the last 3 games as well as anyone could have hoped. Knocking off $13, then #1 and #2..... Impressive.

Agreed. I was pulling for Oregon, but I can't say anything bad about Ohio. They were clearly just much better prepared and had an answer to pretty much everything Oregon tried. And they obviously have the best 3rd string QB in the country. I mean he is 3-0 in his carrier and those 3 starts were the Conference Championship, the Sugar Bowl against the #1 seed and the National Championship.... So if you are Urban, who gets the start next season is the big question?

Bump

South Carolina for the loss. I want to see the carolina fans go bonkers!

Am at work so I didn't see the game but read NC threw two interceptions in the endzone? If so they lost the game for themselves.

That was like watching two JV teams go at it, both teams looked terrible
I agree. I tried to watch it as an unbiased viewer but that was awful to watch. It seemed to me that SC got almost every break. The fumbled several times and the ball bounced right to their guy. Two interceptions in the endzone thrown right to the SC guy. UNC moved the ball at-will on every drive and both times they were pinned on their own goal line, they moved the ball out past the 20 within 2 plays.

Somehow they allowed SC to score late and hold onto the lead. I realize that a win is a win but.... WOW!

UNC coach lost it for the team. The RB for UNC (Hood) averaged 12ypc and he only had it ~ 12 times. If he can't be stopped give it to him. UNC QB also didn't scramble like last year, he is definitely not a pocket passer.

I'm an LSU fan and I know for a fact that the SEC teams don't require their players to take the SAT.

That game at Louisville last night was a train wreck. It was good to get out of there with a Win as Louisville's back was against the wall facing a tough start and potential 0-3 record. I would like to give a big "Shout Out" to their coach Petrino for not only blowing their game against Auburn but also for the poor clock management last night. ;)

In short, any win is good. Any win on the road is great and any win on Thursday night, as a Clemson fan, is unexpected!

The spread going in to that game was only 4 points. Also, it was a Thursday night road game and Louisville was giving it everything they had with an 0-2 start. I don't think many were surprised with the outcome. Also, Clemson will have their head on right for Notre Dame after that wake up call last night.

Good points Teddy. I saw where the line earlier in the week was even and considered a "pick." I think people underestimate Louisville because they were 0-2, now 0-3. They gave the game to Auburn. That's unreal because Auburn is from the SEC you know. ;)

I could see Louisville only losing one more game as their youth will gain much experience in the coming weeks.

It's good to come away with a win and ugly or not, it's a W.

How bout dem Gators!!! We really brought it to Ole Miss.

That was a huge surprise after what they did to Alabama. Florida may have turned the corner. They certainly shouldn't have any problems steering recruits away from Miami next year.

How about the beatdown Bama put on Georgia? I heard the Georgia players were taunting the Bama players as they came onto the field before the game. Note to self: might not want to try that again!
