Yeah, Florida provided an epic butt-whooping to who I thought was the best team in the SEC West... I'm not sure how strong they are, though. The Bulldogs can resurrect their season if they beat the Gators and take the SEC East. Anyhow, Clemson/Notre Dame was a better game! It's always a good day when Notre Dame loses!

It appears that the "old Ball Coach" is stepping down. It feels like he is bailing on a struggling team but that's his style... do it on his terms and not someone else's. It's probably a good move in the end but it will hurt U of SC for a long time. The middle Spurrier years were, without a doubt, the best of the entire program. Now maybe he can enjoy the membership to Augusta National which helped get him to SC.

He made the rivalry fun again I'll give him that. Although he can play the National anytime he wants, he isn't a member :D

I just did several searched on Yahoo and everything comes up that both Spurrier and Holtz are members at Augusta National. Membership names appear to be private (secret) but there are several places you can find member names. I am curious why you say he is not a member?

Big weekend coming up. In my eyes, LSU and Clemson have the most to lose by not winning this weekend. I sure would feel better about beating FSU if the rain would hold off. FSU is already pretty one-dimensional. The rain will make Clemson more one-dimensional.

I'll be sitting in front of the Big Screen, eating chips and salsa yelling at the TV most of the day Saturday. It should be a good one! Your thoughts?

I am inclined to pick Bama, just because they are playing at home, but if Fournette has a monster game LSU wins.

Clemson beats FSU, but it will be another high scoring game. FSU will put points up, but Clemson's offense will be able to score at will. There is a good chance Clemson's defense will come in to that game on fire after last week though, so who knows.

@Teddy So much for the high scoring game. That was a punt fest and lots of good defense after the first 45 seconds. It was still great to beat FSU and clinch the division. There are still 3 games before facing a tough UNC team who, for all purposes, should be undefeated right now.

Bama totally shut down Fournette Saturday. Until that 18 yard run he had 13 yards on 15 carries.

Alabama played well enough to beat anyone in the country Saturday night. I will not be surprised if they are not #1 or #2 tomorrow in the playoff rankings. Ohio State did NOT look good.

Most likely UNC will beat Clemson and go on to the National Championship game. Where they will win that as well. Tiger recruits will flock to Fedora and thus Clemson will keep their late season floundering streak alive. :)

UNC will do something dumb or get caught in some sort of scandel and most of their players will have to server some sort of suspension.

Nah.. UNC will show up. Play the game of their life. Lose by a touchdown or two.

Clemson will prep for a tough game and will inevitably do stupid things like they did against FSU last year. I mean after all, it's Clemson. They've gotten REALLY GOOD at breaking the hearts of their fans!

CITADEL!!!!!!!!!!

WOW. It has gotten so bad that I can't even give my USC Jr. fan buddies a hard time. However, I am still worried about this weekend. This is ALL that they have left to end their dismal season on and I am afraid they will play dirty, and do anything to keep Clemson from a perfect regular season.

Of course, IF S. Carolina were to pull off the major upset and beat Clemson, I guess that would mean that the Citadel would be the State Champs!
