Wondering how much correlation there is between 3UR head gasket problems and the cracked radiator problem. Thought being that the average non-enthusiast operator might have an overheat event be their first indication that their radiator let go at the part number boss. If that happened perhaps there was heat damage to either the head or gasket that is causing some gaskets to fail early. This isn't to say it's the only cause. Obviously maintenance plays a big role.
I'd probably be more than a bit hesitant to buy a 200 with a replaced radiator if I couldn't discuss with the owner how it transpired.
... perhaps there was heat damage to either the head or gasket or the - aluminum block - that is causing some gaskets to fail early. ...
And in addition to the radiator don't forget about the water pump or valley plate leaks.
