without a tune it's it's not fair to say a turbo is laggy.

I can easily box them up just say the word
I'm pretty sure it's the tune. That's why i mentioned that there is not even a hint of black smoke off boost. With the smaller turbine housing it should be less laggy. Time to play with the spring tension in the boost compensator i guess.

Oh and @ForealBoreal my wife informs me that a lump of turbine housing shaped metal arrived yesterday! So when I get home in a few weeks time I will get right into finishing my hybrid.

I'm pretty new to this forum, have just been reading mostly into to ct26 7m hybrid, and so far it's my understanding that using the rear of 1hdt ct26 with the compressor and front housing of the 7m from the supra is the go, I have already got a both a 1hdt ct26 and a supra ct26 7mgte, are these housings you're selling an upgrade which I could slap onto my hybrid? And if so are they still available and would you post to Perth Western Australia?

You can just chuck the 1hd-t turbine housing onto the supra turbo. But if you want to keep your 1hd-t unit complete then grab a fresh housing, I believe foreal has 3 left. But he doesn't have any compressor side housings left.
Well it wasn't the tune, but i didn't hookup the BACS the right way. It absolutely flies right now! Love how the turbo spools. Any more power would be dangerous in a tall and narrow 45 on 37's...

Turbo setup. How much?
Less than a grand. But i did most of the work myself except balancing and i had an old ct26 laying around as a core.
How much boost are you setup for in that video?
It's running 13psi in that video. And still is. The fuelpump is set to give it's max fuel at 18psi so there is plenty left. Before i set it there it needs an intercooler first and some miles on it to get a feel for this engine.
