I have been looking into upgrading my stock suspension to something more robust and with better ride quality. I plan on using my Land cruiser to be an all around capable vehicle. Looking for a suspension system that will be comfortable going quick down dirt roads and allows plenty of travel/flex on more technical trails.

Research I have done so far turned up Icon being expensive but very nice and lots of travel
Old Man Emu being inexpensive with decent ride quality and travel.
Also seen both springs combined with King, Fox and bilstein.

I guess my question is what do you all suggest as the best ride for the best price?

I also can do my own fabrication if anyone has custom setups as an option. very open to suggestions

You want the same as most.... welcome to the addiction...
Compiled thread has the most info in one spot I have found.

Or you can contact David Otero at Dobinson USA and buy the best $1000 suspension money can buy fir your vehicle.

How do I contact him? And how much is the full kit from dobinson typically go for? Around $1000?

When I bought my cruiser it had an OME lift on it. I've slowly been swapping all the 13 year old OME components to dobinsons, and I've been very happy with the results.

Alright dobinson is sounding like the best option Thank you all for your help

Yeah, just depends to what extent you want to go with in the suspension, but a stock height replacement for coils and shocks starts at $730, and 2" starts at $920, then there are plenty of other options taller and more flexible from there.

Mike, what are the part numbers for the stock height & are the variable rate. This info will go into the compiled thread.
Thanks
