For a while I’ve had a leakage issue over my front passenger side. Recently, I took off my headliner for some body work. I noticed today some water coming from around this hose on the raised metal right next to where it enters the sunroof assembly.

I’m guessing this is a problem with that particular hose seal. How can I fix this?

Here’s another angle. It’s the smaller hose.

That's the pan drain connection. You can
1» JB Weld it back together (from the top side), or
2» Replace the pan

The drain is requred to keep water out of the interior; you can't engineer around it, without sealing the entire sunroof hole closed.

Water can leak down past the threads of the screw that holds the cable cover on. Helps to put something like thread sealer on the threads of the threaded hole
and screw. Water also can overflow the drain pan, building a small wall/dam under the cable cover may also help. Make sure the drains are clean, pour soapy water into the drain pan, run a 3-4 foot section of grass trimmer string down the drain holes/hoses (don't use anything stiff or compressed air, that can damage the hoses or blow them off the connections). The water from the front drains goes directly into the rocker panels (the front hoses do not come out the bottom of the vehicle). The rear drain hoses however do come out on the inner aspect of the lower quarter panels under the vehicle.

Try a search for sun roof sunroof leaks leaking in this forum, been discussed a lot
