Yep I'd say you ought to have your radiator boiled. I'd probably try to remove the thermostat housing as well and see how that looks. Just be careful those bolts have been known to break.

replaced thermostat earlier this year. Did not look too bad so i am gonna run with it.

There is a radiator shop on august rd down near the old colony furniture place is. I've had good luck with them fixing my radiators and gas tanks.

cleaned it up best i could today. Not perfect but much much better than it was. Gonna scrape the old gasket off and install new one next week. I'm getting there slowly but surely.

got the pump on today. Got to source hoses and button it back up. Still got to check oil in transmission and tcase before then as well. But yeah as long as nothing else happens it should be good to go.

got the radiator back in today. Still have one or two hoses to connect then fill the radiator and start it up. After that got to check oil in tranny and tcase. So much fun!!!

so friggin aggrevated!! I forgot to put a clamp on the short elbow hose that goes to the oil cooler. I put everything back together and start putting water in the radiator. Just where do u think it leaked?? Yep gotta take the radiator back out in order to fix it.
