Not really if you can look behind the fan where the fan shaft comes out of the water pump there is a little hole under there. Usually when the waterpump seal goes bad it starts pouring out of there. The bearing won't go bad for a maybe a week or so if it's leaking out of there.

haven't had time to work on it yet. Got the pressure washer, steel brush and degreaser. Hopefully by the end of the week i can tackle it. Got to order a water pump today hopefully.

got to work on it for about an hr today. actually a little further along than this. Getting ready to pull the radiator. Ordered the pump today as well.

Should i pay someone to boil the radiator out or just run some clr on it or something?
What does it look like on the inside?
I have always used HCL or brick/driveway cleaner. I wouldn't pay a shop unless it is cheap. You can buy a new one for $290 to your door.

dunno but i have never known it to leak. One time i used an old dish detergent bottle to put water in it so new everytime i look it it when it is hot there is suds

because i am bored i priced hose kits from sor and man a fre. $50 at sor and $75 at man a fre!!! They smoking crack!! I will be pulling them and going to the auto parts store to try and match them up.
