Question for people with experience and knowledge, can I use toyota atf4 transmission fluid to replace power
steering fluid. Toyota don't sell atf 3 anymore where I live. Thanks in advance.

Power steering fluid to use should be DEX II or DEXIII. Not sure if you're referencing Toyota T-4 transmission fluid but that is not the correct fluid to use.

Dexron III or compatible. Preferably synthetic as it seems to keep better/longer.

Btw: I think you mean power steering fluid, not fluid for the steering wheel.

You're more than welcome to put whatever fluid you want on your steering wheel. I think the most popular choice is probably Armor All
