Not in North America...heh, heh

OK everybody, back on your heads...

It means that I have to move the drag link to the direction of the red arrow correct? But if it throws the steering wheel off, I might just live with a quarter turn difference as the main concern is the the alignments marks align and steering box centered. 😁

The safest bet would be to jack up the front end, run the steering all the way one way, then count
the turns to lock the other way and come back half of that. Set the vehical back on its wheels; pull the steering wheel off its spline and replace it pointing "striaght".
Ensure the lock to lock is correct by visually varifying the physical stops on the knuckles are contacted.
Then test drive and dial-in the steering wheel position with the drag link.
After I find the center and reposition the steering wheel as "straight". The steering turns are equal both sides. After dialing in the drag link to fix off center steering wheel when going straight, the turns are not equal again both sides of steering. 😅 Thoughts?

Have you checked that your hitting the steering stops on both sides front and back ?
When looking at the stops do they look to be the same or close to the same ?

The OP isn't really listening.

My apologies gentleman, the stops are looking good and very similar on both sides. One thing I noted is that, when the vehicle is on the alignment rack I noticed when adjusting the drag link the toe will move as well.

I removed the drag link from the pitman arm and recenter both the steering box and steering wheel and adjust the drag link length so that it connects without moving the pitman arm. Then I proceed with the alignment.

So far so good. But I have to adjust the steering wheel one spline over to correct off center as adjusting the drag link alters the toe alignment. The left and right turns lock to lock are 1/2 turn off. I can live with that.

Either your measurement technique is not correct or the tie rod ends need replacement as toe only changes when tie rod length changes.

My guess is they do things differently in Malaysia:p
