Checking some steering wheel replacement options in japanese auctions and trying to get an overview of the different factory steering wheels that existed for the 80 series and identify my own variant.

In the EPC with my VIN i get the following variants:

45100-60220-B04-SPOKE, LEATHER, BLUEISH GRAY, TRIM1*
45100-60220-E04-SPOKE, LEATHER, OAK, TRIM4*
45100-60230-B04-SPOKE, LEATHER, W(*CRC), BLUEISH GRAY, TRIM1*
45100-60230-E04-SPOKE, LEATHER, W(*CRC), OAK, TRIM4*

Looking through some other 80 series spec like US/GCC/GEN I notice there were also urethane 4 spoke steering wheels:

45100-60200-B04-SPOKE, URETHANE, W(*80), BLUEISH GRAY, TRIM1*
45100-60200-E04-SPOKE, URETHANE, W(*80), OAK, TRIM4*

Basically I'm unsure if my steering wheel is the leather or urethane variant since my 80 is kinda poverty spec cloth interior but also the higher grade VX model. It feels like a urethane wheel but that might just be age and wear of the leather. The stitching and overlaps point towards the leather variant. Thoughts? Any pictures for comparison would be appreciated.

Some steering wheels won’t have provisions for mounting the cruise control stalk, FYI.

Cheers
The EPC lists variants with and without "CRC" which has to be cruise control. The Toyota part numbers include the steering wheel, back cover and other parts pre-assembled though, as seen on the Partsouq pictures. I figure the steering wheel itself that you typically find on ebay, cruiserparts etc. is the same in all variants (apart from color) ?

US based Cruiser & steering wheel sure. Non-US, if it never had CC than no.

Cheers

Well I would think that the raw 4 spoke wheel was the same everywhere, and the parts added on top in the Toyota assembly turn it into a non CC or CC wheel. Based on cross reference the assembly numbers were used in all markets. Mine doesn't have CC but it was optional here.

Can't imagine that this raw part of the wheel (red circle) would be different with or without cruise control but happy to learn if it is

I have a mint steering wheel from the Middle East for my Cruiser.

When I went to install it it did not have provisions for the CC stalk. I plan to make it work with some tig welding but there is most definitely 80-series steering wheels out there that lack the CC mount.

Cheers
