I'm have one heck of a time getting the right speedi sleeve for the rear output shaft on the transfer case (For the brake dealy). I went to SKF web site to get the part numbers for the seal and speedi-sleeve. The seal was right but the speedi-sleeve was way too big again. The part number for the speedi-sleeve is listed 99189. Any help would be great.

Thanks if I need to I'll get it from them. I'm just trying to save the $12.00 in shipping, boxing, walking to the ship out area charge.

I'm hoping to get the part # to order it locally and save about $16.00.

Thanks a ton

Part is in and I'm set at least for that part thanks again.

99177 will work for the three speed and four speed one piece case parking brake drum...

That other number, 99189, is too large for a parking brake drum seal surface and will not work.

The chart is a little difficult to read. 99169 is the Speedi-Sleeve for the Output shaft at the front of the transfer case. 99177 is listed as the Speedi-Sleeve for the rear output shaft oil seal.

The 99177 also works on the crankshaft pulley shaft.

I had the same problem,I took the e-brake drum to a local parts store that does machine work and had them mic it after I bought one that was supposed to work,I think I had to get 99169.The numbers at the end of the speedi- sleeve like 99(169) , 99(177) are size of the sleeve 169 and 177 .If that makes sense.
