No longer in the stable but I am slowly building its twin. Rear was cut by a PO. Front rubbed the fenders at full compression. 4 inch Skyjacker with a nice aftermarket rear prop shaft - dunno who made it - and an extended stainless rear break line

I know it’s not exactly what the OP asked for but it’s been quite a while and I’m pretty much considering this a research guide this point, haha
‘75, 40 with OME 4” SUA, no body lift, no trimming, extended stainless rear brake line, Fj60 Rear shaft, cut, and turn front axle, rear axle has had the spring perches moved to center the wheels in the wheel wells better.
36.5s, STA Super-Lug, bias plys, running ceramic balance beads instead of weights.
Adjusted steering stops slightly so no rubbing. Longer stroke KYB gas adjust shocks, stock shackles for now. Will get upgraded.

I think yours is the first 40 I've seen on Superlugs! Love it. I almost snagged a new set off of facebook a year back but the drive was just a bit too far to jump immediately and I lost the chance.

2.5” OME S/R and Extended Shackles (rear). Currently on 35/12.50/15 Geolanders. Rear fenders I enlarged the opening, but kept the factory shape (sorta). They touch at full stuff on inner fender- front and rear I love ride ride

Rotated the pinion towards the TC at the same time.
Double joint cardan drive shaft?

Seems like you need to cut the rear wheel openings, otherwise no possibility to flex in.
