Shoutout to POR15 Customer Service

I know that POR15 certainly has its detractors here, but I just wanted to give their customer service a quick shoutout. I have used their two part urethane top coat on the underside. When I recently went to do a bit of touch-up work, the small can of the Part B hardener had setup and was not usable. The quart of paint was still good but I needed just a can of the Part B hardener which they don't sell individually. I called customer service this morning and the rep called me back a few minutes later saying that they were sending me a new kit of both the paint and hardener for free. I was floored mainly because, unfortunately, we rarely see that kind of customer service anymore. So when we do see it, I think it deserves to be called out.

Wow that doesn't happen very often anymore CS is more often tear gas not customer service

I have used POR15 on a boat trailer..it lasted about 2 years and then….the trailer split in two…it must have really been too far gone for POR15.

That salt water eats everything … $5800 and it was all fixed (new trailer) And… I sold the boat in June. They say the best day is when you buy a new boat and the next best day is when you sell it.
