I finally was able to install my passenger side seat from a subaru in my 40 this last weekend. I took the early style passenger seat apart and fabbed and bolted the new seat to the bottom frame that sits over the gas tank. I also bedlined the portion in the middle for a tray area. I will do the rest when i pull the seat and tank back out to do my full cage. Here are some pics showing what I did.

NIce not to have the problems with the seat hieght due to tank.
Is the tool box under drivers seat functional still?
