@rkymtnflyfisher rollin' like a pimp...Detroit lean?
I removed the sliders from mine on the passenger side, I took the time to find the sweet spot before I bolted them down.
It did save an inch of height.
I'll follow up with more info later, measurements and thoughts.

Oh also meant to ask - how’s the clearance between your knees and the steering wheel on the drivers side? I know some folks have some issues with it being so close.
That's where I learned it!. I’m grew up in Oklahoma, in any ranching community those hat racks are standard equipment.
Looks great man! Thanks for the measurements. I’m running a 71 body on a 78 so I think I may have to get creative here. I just ordered my Corbeau Sport seats off of Summit since they were in stock (gets here in 2 days!) and brackets from Corbeau directly. Did you end up going with full black vinyl here? How did you end up mounting your Tuffy?So far my only complaint is minor, I bought the seat heaters installed from Corbeau, the drivers seat switch on low, the LED lights up a weak green, on high it's a strong red. Swapped switches, same issue, new switch from Corbeau, same issue. Tonight I did some troubleshooting and found when the switch is on low on that seat there is only voltage on one side of that LED light circuit, on the other switch there is solid 3.6vDC on both sides. Swapped some connections down from there and same problem. It's not worth the effort currently to swap the next connection due to it being directly under the seats. Passenger side prohibits this at the moment.

Thanks! I think I’m going to end up copying your bracket design for the passenger side. Another question for you… Did you end up installing a center console between the seats? Trying to find a way to mount a Tuffy to a ‘71 body since they don’t make standard brackets for it. TIAStill in the getting it back on the road phase but it hasn't bugged me sitting in the passenger seat in the garage. Seems like plenty of leg room and I also converted from bench seats so passenger didn't have the sliding seat option to start with.
I will say I like the look of the Procar 90 seats more but I think the Corbeau's with the high bolsters will keep you in place better.

That is great to hear. We're digging the Corbeaus in my wife's 80. Super comfortable and adjustable... not the leather/heated like you've got, but still very, very good. And, the brackets worked nicely (required a little drilling out to fit exactly, but not a big deal).FWIW, the customer service from Corbeau has been excellent. They're still working with me to narrow down the issue with the LED on the switch. I'm not certain that it is anything major, but I also don't want it to be a precursor to a bigger problem and something I could have prevented from the beginning.
Gotcha, thanks! If you’ve got a sec, I’d love to see a pic of how it attaches.Black leather.
There was no change in the mounting of the Tuffy console, it uses the front bracket from the seats.
Give me some time, I'm non stop fishing, smoking brisket, drinking, and doing general vacation types of shenanigans.Gotcha, thanks! If you’ve got a sec, I’d love to see a pic of how it attaches.
