Holes are done! They look pretty good. I'm excited to see how everything turns out once monstaliner is applied. I am not sure if I will be able to apply monstaliner until after my trip. I leave on the 25th and I know monstaliner has to cure for several days.

The AOE front bumper is scheduled to arrive Friday morning.

02 sensors should hopefully arrive today.

A couple of pictures to see the progress.

AOE bumper arrived. It's at my brothers work so I won't see it until tomorrow. I will install it then too along with the 02 sensors.

I cleaned all the oil off underneath after doing the valve cover gasket. I looked underneath this afternoon and notices some oil dripping. Hope it's nothing major and something I can deal with after our trip. I'll take a closer look at it tomorrow once I have the 80 in the air.

Bumper is on!. It looks great. Alex makes a great product. Zero complaints. My front end dropped a bit so I will have to add spacers up front. I plan on ordering MAF front coil spacers. I picked up a set of 4" LED fog lights from pep boys. I will install the fogs today hopefully. I need to pick up a bolt to mount them.

The 02 sensors are in. I end up going to a muffler shop. The nuts were so badly rusted you could barley tell where the bolts met the studs. The muffler shop tried using a torch but had no luck. They ended up cutting a section out and welding in new bongs. It only cost $100. Money well spent. The truck runs great now.

I picked up a handheld cobra cb radio to take with on our trip in few weeks. Figured my 4 and 18 month sons would get a kick out of being able to talk to truckers while we are on the high way. Stereo was wired to the ignition. The dome fuse continued to blow after 10 minutes. I need run the wire for the gps and iPod.

Maf spacers arrived. Monstaliner arrived and I was able to pickup a little over a qt of tint. I went with the same factory color.

I plan on doing the monstaliner tomorrow. If it's dry enough Sunday I'll attempt to put the spacers in. I leave for our trip Tuesday morning.

The fogs are in. They look really good with the aoe bumper. I have to extend the ground wires from each light. I still have to figure out where to mount the switch.

Does anyone know if you can upload pictures through tapatalk? My charger is not working very well with my laptop. I plan taking pictures with my dslr when everything is done.

What color did you settle on? Looks very dark. How long did you spend on the rolling process? How much did you use? One or two coats? Did you have ample working time before the liner began to set up?

I went with the factory color. I had a decent amount left. A little more than a quarter of a gallon. I did not do the middle of the roof. Next summer I'll be removing the factory roof rack and filling the holes. I'll then monstaliner the entire roof. Total it took about six hours plus prep time. I'm in Chicago where's really humid. It dried really quick. Less than an hour. I did two coats. It took about an hour hour and half per coat. It does set up quick but you have plenty of time where you do not have to rush.

Ok so you did end up doing custom tint. Did you just go to an auto body supply store for the color? I know zero about painting cars. I'm more of a nuts and bolts guy. I'm glad you did this because my 94 I'd also green and I like it pause door jams match it.
