RustBullet Floor Application Question (with pics)

I am going to spray the underside of my 60 with RustBullet. So yesterday I began glass beading the floor in preperation.

One question; will the RustBullet adhere properly to the factory sealer (tan/off-white in pics below)? My blaster will take the sealer off with time, however, I really don't want to remove the sealer.

Having used the stuff, my guess would be yes.

It will adhere just fine. Just make sure to clean everything extremely well...

I sprayed over mine and it seems to be holding up fine.
