I gotta ask not only the op what’s it worth to a buyer Brandi, but the opinion of mud what’s a roof cuts value?

you need to head north, we have good roofs up here, our rigs rust from the bottom up, yours rust from the top down.

I have a body shell in New Mexico with a roof in very good shape, just surface rust. Shipping might be an issue, if it could be pallatized I could deliver it to Forward Air in Albuquerque for delivery to Houston. Look here: Parting Out - UPDATED '84 FJ60 Parts Vehicle - Body and Rolling Chassis

That would be great if we could work something out, especially if I could find a buyer or buyers for the axles and steering gearbox in your neck of the woods. Could help keep other FJ6Xs alive. I'll put on my thinking cap.

There are Lots of 60s with clean roofs. I’ve actually never owned one with a rusty roof.
