Its getting tight and panhard axle mount is tight and looks like its going to hit the frame so its going to need some mods

modified the axle side panhard link I hope the link will clear the frame now.

I never thought about making the Three links so heavy it actually lowered the center of gravity of a rig.

looks good. nice work. i used the same ruff stuff track bar bracket on my truck. That Dan guy at rough stuff makes some beefy brackets

I love his products. It would take me to much time to fab from scratch so slightly modifying his stuff makes it breez.

I didnt take a picture but after I sleeved the draglink which was 120 wall the draglink didnt clear the 3rd so I milled it down it clears now

I tied to get the tie rod and the panhard at the same angle. I had to weld up the panhard frame and axle mounts and re-drill from 9/16 to .5. ughhh



all the mounts are tacked in



the pan hard is real close to the pumpkin but the panhard axle mount is not in its the final location

I am so tempted to cut the frame and tube it and raise it up about 5 inches

I got a bit ahead of myself and started to make a striking plate for the bump stops

after a couple of adjustments due to clearance issues the panhard is as close to parallel to the tie rod as possible

panhard axle mount is to close the tierod. I have another adjustment to make

I will most likely have cut into the frame on the passenger side to make room for the travel of the panhard bar

started to work on the coilover hoops

first removed fender skirt. I really want to keep them. I have so much crap mounted to the skirts I cant forsee remounting everything eslewhere.... blahhh

used some old automatic transmission line and a homemade 6 " radius guage that mocked up the shock hoops. I dont have bender so I had to contract the job out.

Using 1.75 od 120 wall.... blah

I have a set of fenders with the bottom arm mount already cut off if you want to trade.

I have holes cut in the skirts to make room for the coilovers. I built the hoops this last weekend and worked around the skirt arm so at this point I think I am going to keep them, still unsure. Plus I cut the fenders off....
