weekend updates late april

built a hood for the upper shock mounts to stiffen it up, but again it was totally unnecessary. I am my own worst enemy.

full drop and passenger turn.

at full drop the springs get into the steering arms. After some slight grinding and adjustment of steering stops its all good.

I might have to change the axle shock mounts a bit by making them taller to avoid rubbing and utilize the most out travel out the shock.

Here are the heater valve pics

I took some pics of the heater valve. It resides above the back end of the engine.

Pic 1 shows the new, straight, water outlet nipple. I wanted a 45 degree one, but couldn't find one.

Pic 2 shows the valve in place. Note the cable loops around and goes through the firewall just below the valve. I mounted the cable in the dash. You can hardly tell it doesn't belong.

Pic 3 shows a close up of the valve. You can see where the cable goes through the firewall a little better.
