I did use the factory wires from the original amp, cut the factory plug off and connected my 4 channel amp under the passenger seat in the same location, all the wires are there. I have the wiring info if you need that. The amp for my subs behind that storage door on the lower right in the back. For the power, I ran a wire off my battery with a 50 amp fuse right after the connection on the terminal. You have to run off the battery direct unless you are connecting a very small amp. The wire stops under the passenger seat and then a 6 gauge wire continues to the sub amp. I wasn't sure if that was large enough for the sub amp but it was. You did a nice job with all the pictures and descriptions. How does your sub sound with the new speakers? I thought about doing that too but I wanted more bass, I have 2-10" Rockford Fosgate subs. When they are in the way, I just unplug them and take the box out, they have a quick release plug.
